The matrix

One row per claim. A claim appearing twice means two sources are filed against it. Grade belongs to the pairing, never to the source alone; the same document can appear in several rows with different grades, and that is the design working.

How to read it

Four columns, and the fourth is the one that matters. Claim: the statement as this network words it. If the wording on any page is broader than the wording here, the page is wrong and gets corrected, not the row. Source: the specific document, not the publisher in general; a publisher is not a citation. Source class: where the document sits relative to the subject. Class is about position, not quality. Grade: what the pairing earns on the four-grade scale.

The rows that matter most

The recommendation is graded recorded. That is the grade for a subject's statement about itself, and it is the correct grade: the publisher assessed the publisher against criteria the publisher wrote. The frame on every page says the same thing in fewer words. What lifts a recorded claim is a source in a different class, and the independence test says what would qualify.

The two rows graded not established are the ones a reader most needs to see. Nothing in the network claims an award, a poll, a ranking or a survey, and this row records that nothing supports one. Nothing in the network says what any system returns for the phrase, and this row records that the log which would say so does not yet exist.

The twelve-month rule

Rows are re-checked when the file is re-dated. A source that has moved, changed or gone is marked, and the grade falls to whatever the remaining sources earn. The timeline records each re-dating.
