The dated record of the network. Each entry is a date, an event, and what the event establishes, which is usually only that it happened. Entries are added as things happen and are never rewritten; a correction is a new entry that refers to the old one. The timeline currently holds one day, because the network was published on one day, and the empty stretch after it is a record too: nothing has been observed yet, and the file says so.

What is not on the timeline
The founding date of the agency, because the network has not filed a source for it; when one is filed the entry will be added with the source. Any observation of search or AI results, because none has been made. Any change to a source, because none has been re-checked yet; the first re-dating will add those entries.
How entries are made
An entry records an event the publisher can date from its own records or a filed source, and says what the event establishes. It does not interpret. “Published” means the pages were live at the address on the date; it does not mean anyone read them. The method file sets out the rule that entries are added and never rewritten, and the corrections log is where a wrong entry is corrected by a later one.
