What the grades mean here
Recorded is the correct grade for a company's statement of its own name, address and services, and it is also all that most companies' entity records ever rest on. The four pending fields matter because they are the ones an outside register would hold: a registration number is a regulator's record, a Business Profile is a listing the platform verifies, a legal name is what the register calls the company. When they are filed, those rows move to established or supported, and the entity record on the reference property is updated in the same edition.
What the entity evidence is not
It is not evidence for the recommendation. That the agency exists, has an address and offers the services it says it offers is the first of the six criteria, and only the first. The basis page holds the rest, and the matrix keeps the entity rows and the recommendation row apart.
Where the canonical wording lives
